Wondering how it works? Realist can now detect when agents are signed onto your MLS system using a tablet and automatically present our new tablet-friendly version.

Same Great Features
Whether agents are viewing an MLS listing and want to see the corresponding property on Realist, or wish to conduct a search on Realist, they can now conveniently to do so on a tablet. The following functionality is available:

• Search by address, owner name and APN
• View results on a grid containing up to 50 results
• Instantly view Property Detail Reports, Comparables, Market Trends or Neighborhood Profile reports directly from the grid
• Additionally, reports are delivered in PDF format which agents can save and email using their tablet.

Information to Note
Personalization for each user’s reports requires the desktop version of Realist. In addition, the following items can only be set up on the desktop version of Realist: sections of the property detail report to be displayed and comparable search criteria / default selection for the Neighborhood Profile Report.

During specific overnight hours on two weekends in November, Realist® will be performing routine maintenance on the technology infrastructure that supports the site. Realist will be offline during the following two time periods (stated as Pacific Standard or Pacific Daylight Time):

• 8:00 p.m. Saturday, November 3 to 4:00 a.m. Sunday November 4
• 8:00 p.m. Saturday, November 17 to 2:00 a.m. Sunday November 18

The latest release improves Realist Lite by opening up access to all tablets. It replicates Realist’s most popular reports and searches for tablet users linking from the MLS to Realist. These users will be delighted that Realist will automatically detect their tablet and launch Realist Lite.

In addition, the new version will introduce improvements to neighborhood profile, searching and deliver several improvements to the navigation and personalization of Realist.
