A recent update to the Adobe Reader Plug-In (10.1.2) for Internet Explorer has introduced an issue where Realist PDF reports appear with no data. This impacts all Adobe customers using Internet Explorer and is not isolated to Realist. We have been actively working with Adobe on the resolution below that solves this issue.

Issue

When you open a PDF in a browser from a secure site (i.e., over a HTTPS connection), a grey, blank page appears rather than the PDF file.
