You should call your MLS whenever you have a question about Realist. They will answer your question or, when it is occasionally necessary, they will contact Realist for you.
What are the hours of operation for Realist.com?
Except during weekly backup, Realist is designed to be accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Weekly backup occurs each Saturday night,
- beginning at approximately 10:30 PM ET
- ending by Sunday morning at 9:00 AM ET
