The Neighborhood Profile Report displays demographics, business and school information for the area surrounding the subject property. The data is enhanced by colorful charts and graphs to accompany the statistics. You can modify the Neighborhood Profile report in the preferences section to select the types of businesses and school categories you would like to display. This report gives you deep insight into what’s happening in a neighborhood that you can then provide to your motivated buyers and sellers.
