Searching for Properties Overview

Within the My Region panel you may select a single county from a list of all the counties your MLS serves.

When you execute a search, only properties within your selected county are returned:

The county you select will be the default county that is searched when you enter search criteria. This means that searches do not need to include a zip code, city or county to perform a search since the My Region County will govern all search results.

NOTE: If you enter a zip code or address that is in a different county available to you in the My Region panel, you’ll be able to continue your search and Realist will return results that match your entered criteria.

The last county selected in My Region is recalled each time you login.
